Epsom salt is a naturally occurring salt that
contains magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. When dissolved in water, helps the skin
to absorb magnesium ions which regulate various essential body functions
including blood pressure, nerve function, muscle and inflammation.
How to use:
- Add 1 – 2 cups of Epsom salt for a standard-sized bathtub,
poured into warm running water. Soak for 15 minutes up to 1 hour. - Add ½ cup Epsom salt to warm water and soak your feet for
15 – 30 minutes
